Terms of use
These terms explain who can use ANIPARTNA, what we do and don’t do, and the rules for listing, contributing and transacting. Partnerships are agreements between users; ANIPARTNA provides the platform, checks and documents.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Des & Dev Ltd (RC 1502462), governing your access to and utilization of our website, applications, and wealth creation services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or committing capital to any opportunity on Anipartna, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility & Mandatory Verification (KYC/KYB)
To access investment features or list a business, you must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass our identity verification (KYC) and business due diligence (KYB) checks. Anipartna reserves the right to decline or suspend accounts that fail compliance verification.
3. Platform Role & Non-Advisory Nature
Anipartna operates as a technology platform and facilitation marketplace connecting businesses, project initiators, and accredited partners. Unless explicitly agreed in a bespoke advisory contract, Anipartna does not offer individual financial or investment advice. Users must conduct their own independent due diligence.
4. Escrow Custody & Fund Disbursements
All partnership funds are held in regulated fiduciary escrow accounts. Funds are only disbursed to project owners or businesses against predefined, verifiable milestones signed off by designated independent audit partners.
5. Fees, Commissions & Dividend Distributions
Anipartna operates on a transparent, success-based fee structure. Platform fees are clearly disclosed before executing any partnership contract. All dividends and profit distributions are deposited into user wallets following milestone audits.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding commercial arbitration.
